• Technical data: IP address and sign-in log, for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not collect

We never store card numbers or card data. Payment happens on the licensed gateway page, and your card details never pass through our servers.

How we use your data

• Fulfilling your order and getting the technician to you.
• Issuing and retaining the tax invoice as required by law.
• Contacting you about your order or complaint.

Data sharing

The assigned technician sees your name, location and contact number solely to perform the job. Suppliers see no data about you at all — they receive only the part description.

Retention

Order and invoice data is retained for the period required by Saudi tax regulation, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account, where it does not conflict with our legal obligations.

Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, the connection is encrypted, and data access is limited to those who need it to do their job.
