Set your location and pay

Pick where your car is and how to pay: Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, card — or cash on completion.

We source the part and dispatch

If the service needs a part, a hidden bid opens between our suppliers on price and prep time, and we approve the best one. The order then goes to the nearest available technician.

Track it to completion

You follow the technician in real time, and when the work is done you receive a tax invoice and a 90-day warranty.

If no technician accepts within 10 minutes, you are refunded automatically.

How long until the technician arrives?

The average is 18 minutes inside Madinah, depending on your location and traffic.

Is the price final?

Yes. The price shown before payment is final for that service. Exceptional cases needing a rare part are flagged before any work starts, and you may cancel.

Do I deal with the key shop?

No. The platform sources the part; you never see the supplier name and never negotiate with them.

What if the car cannot be opened?

You are not charged for work that was not completed. Contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it.

Do you operate outside Madinah?

We start in Madinah; expansion to other cities is coming.
